Payment Schedule
Your booking is confirmed by a number of unique booking, and is guaranteed by the number of credit card that you provided us when registering.
Each reservation must be paid in advance by credit card or paypal payment.
In case you had used a credit card is not valid, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without subsequent obligations on our part. She will remain subject to our terms of cancellation.
The amount of the reservation and additional services will be charged on departure.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up to two (2) days before the day of arrival. For example, if the arrival day is 29 October, we accept cancellations up to 15.00 on 27 October.

Refund policy
In the case of rebooking any surplus of the balance paid will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellation the amount paid will be refunded in full, except for non-refundable rates.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card from which payment was collected.
In case of changes or late cancellation, or no show, the refund will be made net of penalties.
Payments and Accounts
You agree to pay all the products and services purchased and / or confirmed by the site, and in general agrees that the Coffee Nazionale will charge your credit card for any outstanding balances, and for each additional purchase.
Additional services can be purchased in "e_shop" of our website or by requesting them at the bar-restaurant below.
The services are offered under the conditions specified in the description of the individual service.
The current orders will be charged, as applicable, when the order, at the time of execution or upon check-out, unless modifications or cancellations received within the time allowed.
If you would settle these payments with a credit card than the one provided as collateral, or by any other means please inform Coffee Nazionale rent rooms of these changes through the "special request text box", or by contacting us.
Payments can be made in advance by credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or bank transfer, or directly by check and cash, subject to a photocopy of two documents.
Please provide us with all relevant information in advance to issue any invoice payment.
Personal data
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and the processes of booking.
You are responsible for all information provided on your credit card.
In particular, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the credit card with which it is conducting the purchase or reservation.
For your better protection, at check in we will ask you to show the credit card with which the reservation was made and a photo ID. Should you have already paid, we will ask you also to sign for the receipt confirming the transaction executed.
The number of your credit card is registered in encrypted form and can not be read by our staff if not on receipt of payment of an invoice due.
In accordance with current and updated Italian regulations on privacy, you grant your express consent to the hotel to collect, use and keep on file all personal information concerning you and which are necessary in order to process your order.
The National Coffee House shall take appropriate measures to ensure data security and shall not be liable for any loss arising from misuse of your personal account.
Rules of stay
Reception - Check-In
The property that rents rooms is licensed to hold only registered customers.
For this reason, all customers are required to present a valid identity document on arrival at reception.
All visitors and guests not registered must sign the record of visits to the Coffee before entering the hotel.
Check-In / Check-Out Time
Check-in is daily from 15.00 to 23.00.
Check-out is every day by 11.00 am.
You can tell us your arrival and departure dates using the "Add Arrival / Departure Time" of your Guest Account on the website, or by sending an email
Early Check-In
Gladly allow free access in the room, if it were ready, starting from 10.00 am.
Check-in between 07.30 and 10.00 you can be paid.
To check-in before 7:30 will be charged an extra night, provided that the customer has informed the hotel of early arrivals and the hotel has sent confirmation of acceptance.
The early check-in can be ordered through our website but that does not constrain the hotel, unless the room booked by the guest is ready and available upon arrival.
Check-Out
The day of departure the room must be vacated by 11.00 am.
The payment of accommodation and additional services should be at the start, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event the client leaves the room without notice, the hotel will charge the credit card number provided at the time of booking.
Late Check-Out
Guests can use their rooms for the agreed period and must check-out by 11 am on the last day of their stay.
If a customer fails to do so, the hotel is entitled to charge him the price of an additional night.
In the event that the hotel has already booked this room, and that the host does not respond to the request to vacate the room, or is not present in the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to catalog belongings and host to keep them in the store, so as to allow the next client to use the room.
Conditions for children and for the Extra Bed
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Our rooms can have an extra bed or baby cot.
Breakfast

Animals
Pets are not allowed in our hotel, less than signal their presence when booking.
Smoke rules
They are not suitable for smoking areas and smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
The customer is aware that smoking in the hotel will be charged a penalty of € 100.00, plus refund of damage and extraordinary costs of cleaning.
City Tax
In the town is due a tourist tax of € 0,50 per person per night
Children under the age of 6 years are exempted from the fee.
City tax is not included in the room rate.
